Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary is Open

Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary is open again to the public. All trails are open. Please use caution when visiting Bobelaine.

At this time, Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary is closed until further notice. The trails have been flooded by the recent storms and rainfall. As soon as the trails are determined to be safe the Sanctuary will reopen. Please continue to check the Sacramento Audubon Website for updates on the conditions at Bobelaine.

Several other birding locations have been closed as well.

The Effie Yeaw Nature Center is closed through January 16, 2023 due to the weather. For current conditions visit the Nature Center website.

Cosumnes River Preserve remains closed at this time due to flooding. For current information visit the Preserve website.
