Come look for mountain birds and the Common Nighthawks. This is a good trip for newer birders and experienced birders alike. Bring a sack dinner or snacks, lots of water and comfortable shoes, a light coat for the evening and MOSQUITO REPELLENT.

Meeting Location: Horseshoe Bar Road Park and Ride in Loomis, Exit #110

Directions: Take I80 east out of Sacramento towards Reno. Take exit 110 onto Horseshoe Bar Road. Turn left onto Horseshoe Bar Rd, parking is on the right over the bridge.

COVID 19 Precautions: All participants, including field trip leaders, must be vaccinated.
