SAS Family Friendly Field Trip: Beeks Bight

Registration is required for this trip and will be limited to 15 participants. Please email Nicole to register.

Field Trip Leader: Nicole Barden

Join Environmental Educator Nicole to explore what this popular birding location has to offer! We will be on the lookout for Fall feathered friends, including California Thrasher and Wrentit. Newly arrived winter visitors like Yellow-rumped Warbler and Bufflehead are also a possibility. Open to all birding levels, this trip will be slow-paced, and we will be taking time to appreciate bird behavior along the way. We will be listening for birds as much as looking for them, and we will be keeping an eBird list as we go. Beginning birders and young birders are encouraged to join.

Field Trip Registration: Registration is required for this trip and will be limited to 15 participants. Please email Nicole to register. Directions and confirmation of exact meeting location and time will be provided upon registration.
