When: Sunday, September 18th, 10am – 12pm

Join American River Parkway Foundation Mile Steward’s, Lyme Fight Foundation, for a river cleanup! They'll be removing trash and debris from the Parkway.

Please arrive at 10:00am to sign in and receive a safety briefing. Volunteers will head out to clean by 10:10am

What to wear: sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat, long pants, long-sleeves, gloves, sunscreen, & bug spray.

What to bring: Water! Take breaks & learn the signs of heat exhaustion.

Volunteers under age 18 must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes for the safety of our volunteers. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.
