Explore this bustling suburban bird spot with us! Our route will go along the lake and into the baseball park and grasslands behind. Notable birds we could see include: Ring-necked Pheasant, Common Merganser, Great Blue Heron, Northern Flicker, American Pipit, Western Meadowlark, Savannah and Golden-crowned Sparrow, Cooper’s Hawk. Bathrooms are available at the baseball park. Snacks are recommended. The trail may be slightly muddy, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes.
