Presentations for Kids and Adults

Given by Sacramento Audubon birders and naturalists, our 30 - 60 minute presentations are available for a variety of audiences from school groups to garden clubs. An Audubon volunteer will work with your group to find the right program.

  • Skulls, Tracks, Feathers and Eggs for Preschoolers - this is a simplified version of our Skulls, Bones and Tracks presentation for younger ones with plenty of hands-on exploration.

  • Common Birds of Sacramento - includes calls and interesting facts about size, shape, and habits of birds

  • Why Do Birds Do That? - a look at bird behaviors

  • Bird Courtship Behaviors - how different species attract mates
