Field Trip Leader: Maureen Geiger
The Bobelaine Preserve is wonderful any time of year, but when the rest of the Valley is brown and dry, Bobelaine continues to be a fairly lush, green riparian habitat that is always fun to explore. Join Maureen for about a 2.5 mile walk on level trails to the overlook where the Feather and Bear Rivers join, looking for whatever might be present.
Meeting Location: Meet at the Bobelaine Preserve Parking Lot.
Directions: From Sacramento, take I-5 north, then Hwy 99 north toward Yuba City. About 2 miles north of the Feather River Bridge, turn right on Laurel Avenue. Follow Laurel to the dead end at the Bobelaine parking lot.
COVID 19 Precautions: All participants, including field trip leaders, must be vaccinated.
