This is a new location for Sacramento Audubon, but not for Ben! This section of the Sacramento River is one of the more reliable spots to see the imperiled Yellow-billed Magpie. Osprey and Bald Eagles have also been seen here. We can expect to see egrets, herons, and various waterfowl along with the usual sparrows and towhees.

COVID 19 Precautions:

• All participants must register in advance to attend this field trip. Registration for this field trip will be limited to 10 participants.

• All participants, including field trip leaders, must be vaccinated.
