Join the American River Parkway Foundation for a River cleanup! They’ll be clearing trash and debris off the Parkway. This cleanup will be led by the Mile Stewards for mile 3 South, Fleet Feet of Sacramento.
Please arrive at 8:00am to sign in and receive a safety briefing. They will head out to clean by 8:15am
Volunteers under age 18 must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
What to wear: sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat, long pants, long-sleeves, gloves, sunscreen, & bug spray.
What to bring: Water! Take breaks & learn the signs of heat exhaustion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.
