At its final meeting on May 25th for the 2020/2021 fiscal year, Sacramento Audubon Society Board voted unanimously to become a sponsor of Amplify the Future.
Amplify the Future offers scholarships to Black & Latinx birders who are undergraduates studying in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math). Scholarships range from $2500 to $5000.
The deadline for the current round of scholarships is June 18. If you know of any students who might qualify, please tell them about Amplify the Future.
