Parks Department Seeks Your Input

Do you bird in City of Sacramento parks? For example, Reichmuth Park is a Sacramento city park that offers excellent birding. The Department of Parks and Recreation (now known as the Department of Youth, Parks, and Community Enrichment) is seeking input on park use for its Master Plan last updated in 2009.

As birders know, parks aren’t just for picnics, softball or boot camp. By filling out this online map-based survey you can weigh in on the importance of parks for wildlife and wildlife viewing.

Note: You do not have to be a resident of Sacramento to take this survey. The Parks Department wants to hear from park users regardless of where they reside. The survey ends on September 28th. For more information visit https://new.maptionnaire.com/q/4s98auy3fb7d.
